Advice :
In a saucepan, add 1 cup of couscous, a cup of water and a pinch of salt. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Lower the temperature and boil over low heat for 5 minutes. Check if the seeds are tender. If necessary, boil for another 2 to 4 minutes, adding ¼ cup of water. Turn off the heat and let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
