Certified organic products are handled and sold in accordance with precise and specific regulations. Each product sold by Marché 3 Piliers in the "organic" section is certified by a certification body. The label will differ depending on the type of product.
Your satisfaction is important to us. We prepare your order choosing our finest fresh products.
Zero waste products are sold in bulk and are placed in Marché 3 Piliers' returnable glass containers. The deposit is added to the sales price. Deposit will then be refund once you bring back your containers in store or they will be credited to your account once our nearby delivery service brings them back at Marché 3 Piliers.
Yes. You can hand back all Quebec returnable containers you have purchased at Marché 3 Piliers as well as our zero waste containers to the deliverer. Please note that only clean containers will be accepted and credited to your account. This is valid for nearby delivery only.
Payments
Marché 3 Piliers uses a payment platform that meets the highest security standards. The privacy of your personal information is ensured.
It is mandatory to use Visa or Mastercard credit card to order online through our secured website.
Some products are sold by weight ; the price listed is estimated. Final price will appear on your invoice and will be calculated at the time we assemble your order.
If a selected item is not available at the time we assemble your order, it will neither be charged nor substitute.
Order total may vary according to discounts, promotions and current price at the time we assemble your order.
Your total amount plus an extra $20 will be pre-approved on your credit card and will appear as a pending transaction. The additional amount covers the variation in weight, and last-minute cart additions. Once your order has been processed in our store, the actual final amount will be charged on your card.
My Account & My Orders
Yes. You need to create a user account in order to use our online service. Creating an account is quick and will help you place your next orders faster.
Go to Login and click the "Reset my password" button. Enter your email address and click on the "Send" button. Shortly after, you will receive an email with the password reset procedure. Click on the link in the email. You will then be able to choose a new password.
Yes. Go to your profile, enter your new password, confirm it and save your changes.
Order Submitted
You can modify a newly submitted order without any charges by giving us a phone call as soon as possible at 514 563-1204.
Order in Progress or Ready
You can modify an order in process or ready for pick-up without any charges by giving us a phone call as soon as possible at 514 563-1204.
Order Sent for delivery
You cannot modify an order sent for delivery.
Order Submitted
You can cancel your order without any charges as long as it is not yet in "process". Go to "My Orders" in your profile, select the order you would like to modify and cancel it.
Order in Progress or Ready
You can cancel an order In Process or Ready by giving us a phone call as soon as possible at 514 563-1204. You will have to pay assemble fees.
Order Sent
If you need to cancel an order that is already out for delivery, please call us at 514 563-1204. You will have to pay assemble, delivery, disassemble fees, and management fees (around $20).
If we do not have the product in hand at the time we assemble your order, the product will be removed from your order and will not be charged. Marché 3 Piliers will not substitute the product.
"My products" is a list that is automatically built based on your most frequent purchases. You can select its items to add them to your shopping cart. The shopping cart is composed of all products you have selected and that will be purchased by the end of your online session.
Go to your profile, then choose "My products" and add in your order those you would like to purchase again.
Go to your profile, then click on "My products". You will then see your favorite products that can be bought online. You can then add them to your shopping cart.
To obtain a refund or to exchange a product you ordered online, you must come to the store with the product and your official invoice. We invite you to consult our Terms&Conditions section for more information.

We'll always try to substitute an out of stock item at the time of fulfillment with an equivalent:

  • same brand, equivalent brand, better brand
  • same size or two smaller size items equivalent to the required size, bigger size

The substitution will be charged instead of the initial item. You'll be able to see the substitutions on your Receipt email we send you.

If we can't find a suitable substitution, we simply won't charge you for that item.

If you're not completely satisfied with a substitution we've selected for you, and you want a refund, you must come to the store with the product and your official invoice. We invite you to consult our Terms&Conditions section for more information.

Discount codes
Not necessarily. You can verify in the section My discount codes of your online profile if an expiration date is written. If not, that means that you can use your code whenever you want.
If you cancel an order, we will refund the amount used from your discount codes. In some cases, fees may apply. If so, we will automatically deduct these fees from the remaining amount of your discount codes.
No, your discount codes are only usable on your online orders. (include pick up or delivery options.)
No, your discount code is only applicable on on-line purchases (pick-up or home delivery).
As soon as you hand back your returnable containers to our deliverer, we will credit your online account. You will then receive an email confirming the transaction, and the credit will be visible online in the My discount code section of your online profile.
You can also bring back your reusable container in store. We will refund you the fees right away.
The weight and the price of your basket are estimated. Final weight and price will appear on your invoice and will be calculated at the time we assemble your order. We might have to charge your credit card with the remaining balance, or credit your account with a discount code that you can apply on your next order.
Pickup and Delivery
Assembly fee is charged for every order so we can assure a dedicated service that will make you save time. For delivery, an extra fee is charged to cover transportation cost. Fees will appear in the subtotal section of your order.
We will need to see your order confirmation and a valid piece of photo ID at the time you come picking up your order or at the time of delivery.
Have your returnable and zero waste containers ready in order to quickly hand them back to our deliverer. Please note that only clean containers from Marché 3 Piliers will be accepted and credited.
If you are not home for your delivery, we will bring your order back to Marché 3 Piliers. Delivery fees will apply. A staff will get in touch with you to schedule a new timeslot delivery or a store pickup within the next 48 hours. If a new delivery is schedule, you will be charged an extra delivery fee.

Yes. Our delivery service runs everyday. You will be asked to choose a timeslot and a delivery day.

Marché 3 Piliers always look for environment friendly solutions. We will put your products in clean recycled cardboard boxes just like you would find in a Costco. You are welcome to bring your own reusable bags when coming to pick up your order.
